Fiberhawk participates in the federal Lifeline program for qualifying low-income customers. If eligible, households may receive up to $9.25 off a month on qualifying phone or internet service.
LIFELINE PROGRAM
Eligible households participate in at least one of the following programs or have a child/dependent who participates in one of these programs:
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as Food Stamps
Medicaid
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
Additional eligibility criteria may apply to residents of federally recognized tribal lands. Income-based eligibility is determined by the total household income at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

A household is a group of people that share income and expenses.
You are only allowed to get one Lifeline discount per household.
